RoastPATH has connections available for bean temp, incoming air temp, environmental temp, drum temp (typically a safety temp), drum pressure, fuel kPA, fan Hz, drum speed Hz, and electric power for electric roasters. Contact us to confirm what your roaster has available for data to send to RoastPATH.
There are no penalties for roasting more coffee.
Hiya - nice to meet you! RoastPATH is built by a close-knit team of developers, support engineers, and designers at Mill City Roasters. We started building RoastPATH several years ago as a more advanced companion to our own digital coffee roasting system, the MCR Series. In the past few years, we've continued to expand our compatibility to a number of other roaster brands and now build tools for the wider specialty coffee roasting industry.
