Big RoastPATH Update – New Framework, Stability, and More Features!
It’s been a long time since our last app update, and we appreciate your patience! The delay was due to a major migration to a newer app framework, which significantly improves stability. With this migration complete, we’re now in a position to release updates more frequently.
- Enhanced Stability & Performance – The new framework lays the foundation for a smoother, more reliable experience.
- Revamped Connection Logic – We’ve rebuilt our connection system once again, preparing RoastPATH to support roasters beyond Mill City Roasters. This is a huge step toward expanding compatibility with more roasting machines in the future!
- Improved BT Projection – We’ve updated the bean temperature projection to use a logarithmic function, better matching the natural bean temp curve.
- New FFD Panel Pinning – You can now pin the Fuel, Fan, Drum (FFD) panel, allowing a full view of both charts at the same time.
- Adjustable RoR Axis – Users can now set their own min/max values for the Rate of Rise (RoR) axis. However, if you haven't previously adjusted this setting, you may need to manually set the max to 50 to maintain the previous default view.
This update is just the beginning—we're excited to move forward with more frequent improvements and new features! Give it a try and let us know your feedback. Your input helps shape the future of RoastPATH!
Happy roasting!
